“Varandas do Rei” will name the sublime enterprise that we present here.


“Varandas”, in homage to the unusual size of the outdoor spaces of each of the 12 fractions of this development. “Rei”, for the connection and feeling of adoration to Guimarães.

Inspired by people and families, in their routines, conveniences and needs, this development will include a set of characteristics that are a symbol of comfort, refinement and authenticity.
The primary objective, when designing the architectural project, was to maximize the use of the resources inherent to the location of this project: Solar exposure, access, services, schools and leisure areas.
In sum, we sought to bring together excellent materials and the know-how of the best specialists in the various arts that the universe of civil construction brings together.
The final result, which is represented here, could not be more in line with what we understand to be the right choice for those looking for modernity, comfort, tranquility, proximity to the center, schools, commercial spaces and leisure areas in their new home. .
